Automatic gear box on a Ford focus St Line 2019 GX19FYC mileage only 16000

I am having problems with the automatic gear changing it is missing some gear sometimes it revs up before changing. Also sometimes you put it in reverse and the does not move until the revs are right. Regards, Tony Greenhill.
