About the Business
From small beginnings the company has grown unrecognisably from when it opened its doors on Thursday 5th April 1979. At that point, there began a non-stop programme of improvements. A journey which has still not been fully completed. A major redevelopment at the original site on Darkley Road began in December 2004 and was completed just seven months later, with the unveiling of a modern state-of-the-art facility, fully fitted with the most up-to-date shelving and racking and the very latest in communication and point of sale technology with Online ordering and rigid stock control being key elements. A new Service Centre was also incorporated to facilitate the servicing and maintenance of the various equipment and machinery ranges.
